My name is Alison, and I have ME (also known as CFS and post-viral chronic fatigue). As of mid 2011, I have been referred to a specialist ME clinic, which I know has helped others. This blog is intended to document my journey back from ME.

got your comment on my blog--I'll have to be a much more consistent spinner before I attempt 3 ply! and how does one do that anyway? Maybe someday I'll get there...nice to think of you happy in the sun! we still have lots of clouds--is it really june?
